Jeff was great! The appointment was made through my insurance and we were able to get seen two days later after a rock shattered the window. Jeff was quick, efficient, and friendly! Driver side window was replaced and works like a charm!

I normally don’t leave reviews but if it saves someone else the stress then it was worth it. My windshield was hit by a rock mid June, and my insurance company recommended glass America in Greensboro as the “go to” place. We called and set up an appointment and they called to reschedule the next day, it then took about 2 weeks to have my first appointment. The windshield install was simple enough it seemed, however that’s exactly where my troubles began. I noticed Jeff reused the sticky backing on my wiper sensor causing them to malfunction. As soon as he finished, he said another employee would call to schedule a time to calibrate my cameras. This took another few days to even receive a call, meanwhile my windshield wipers were not functional, after about a week another guy came to calibrate my cameras and restuck the same sticky backing onto the sensor that we both knew didn’t work. Almost immediately my wipers started malfunctioning again and we called the company back, They said the guy would call on Saturday to confirm a time, we waited at home all day long on Saturday for the call only to find out Jeff had gotten off at 12 noon. What a colossal waste of our time. We called ag

I made an appointment for a technician to come out and install a windshield in my older truck. I even called and made sure of the appointment. I asked off of work because they only had an appointment for a Tuesday. It was confirmed. The prior Saturday I received a call that they will not service my vehicle and did not give a reason other than “we don’t service vehicles that old” that’s not a reason. The woman even sounded angry when I asked why? I’m now stuck at square one with a busted windshield. Very poor customer experience!

If I could leave zero stars I would! DO NOT GET ANY WINDOW REPLACEMENTS FROM THIS PLACE!!! Go ANYWHERE but HERE! I got my driver side window replaced less than 3 weeks ago and have had TWO issues since! First I could not open my door from the inside because Robert did not put the door frame back on correctly! Now my window popped out of place and does not close all the way after being fixed the second time by Mike! Do not go here!! It’s a complete inconvenience!!

If only this could be individualized. And if only I could leave negative star reviews. Would not wish this nightmare of an experience on my worst enemy. VERY few people I dealt with here actually worth their word. Robert being one of the only ones who appeared to be working daily! Had a call in for a rock chip REPAIR, less than the size of a thumbtack. Scheduled it on a Friday, for that following Monday. Was told I would receive a 2-hour heads up of the window in which a tech would arrive. I got a 15 minute heads up, if even that, technician beat me to the vehicle and once I had arrived it looked like he had gone ahead and punched out the entire windshield. Interesting it went from a super simple insurance claim for repair, to full replace where they pocket money. Whatever, it was freezing cold and I'd walk away with a lifelong warranty windshield - fine by me... right. Nope, Tyrek left glass shards larger than the original chip all over the inside of the vehicle. Covering what was later found to be a destroyed dashboard, a destroyed cowl, and straight blade down to bare metal on the inside of my door, and on the roof of the vehicle. Cmon man! Not to mention I still have his sweaty
